Who we are
For more than 30 years, families across Minot and western North Dakota have come to Paradise Spas for hot tubs. A dozen competitors have come and gone in that time. We are still here, and we still service what we sell.
We do not click and ship a tub off a website. The hot tubs, swim spas and saunas we sell are made by established manufacturers, so when you need a part or service you get it from a local team that knows your name, not a call center. People do not just buy the brand. They buy the people at Paradise.
James Baker runs the store day to day, with a sales, delivery and service crew that lives here and works here. In the fall of 2026 we opened a second store in Williston at 402 26th St West.
What we sell
Hot tubs from Artesian Spas, Strong Spas, Dynasty Spas and Eco Spas. TidalFit swim spas. Pro 6 and Golden Designs saunas. Osaki massage chairs. Plus water care, covers and accessories.
By the numbers
10,000+ hot tubs and swim spas delivered. 25 service and dealer awards. In business since 1994.
Buying local vs. buying online
Whether it is a hot tub, swim spa, sauna or massage chair, we are with you from the first visit through years of ownership. If something is not right, we make it right.

Riley and Josh delivered our new hot tub and were exceptional! They had the old one out and new one in in no time! I cannot thank these guys enough! We love our new hot tub!”
Katie PoorGoogle review“Sooooo happy with the whole process of getting our new hot tub! From the sales guys to the installers! Riley and Josh were able to get this hot tub all the way around the back of the house down a hill! I don't know how they did it but they were able to do it perfectly! They were both super friendly as well. Thank you!”
Stephanie PalmerGoogle review“My aquatic tub has been delivered. Terry and the crew did a great job unloading the tub in the right location and gave me a quick tutorial on how to maintain my new tub. Thanks Terry and staff.”
