Clear, balanced water is most of what makes a hot tub easy to own. We stock water care chemicals and filters in both stores and we are happy to help when the water is not right.
The basics
Test the water a couple of times a week with test strips. Keep the sanitizer in range, keep the pH balanced, and shock the water after heavy use. Rinse the filter every couple of weeks and swap it out when it is worn.
Fill water in Minot and Williston
City and well water around here can be hard or high in minerals, and that affects how the water balances on a new fill. Bring in a sample from your new fill and we will help you get it started right.
When to drain and refill
Most hot tubs need fresh water every few months depending on use. In winter, plan a drain and refill for a mild day and call us first so the plumbing does not freeze.
